Who We Are
The Children’s Tumor Foundation (CTF) is the drug discovery engine for NF, pioneering more solutions, better options, and faster results for all NF patients. Our track record speaks volumes: CTF’s innovative approach has delivered the first FDA-approved drug for NF, with additional treatments advancing through late-stage clinical trials. Building on this success, we’re committed to bringing at least five new treatments to market in the next 5-10 years and developing a blood test to predict malignant tumors before they become life-threatening.
At CTF, our unique collaborative model unites patients, clinicians, and scientists to drive groundbreaking therapies forward. Our in-house pharma experts engage pharmaceutical partners, align incentives, and de-risk drug discovery, ensuring that promising therapies move swiftly from the lab to patients. By leveraging our advanced screening tools and models, we’re accelerating trial phases, reducing financial barriers, and putting more treatment options within reach.
